Inner Wisdom is a Yoga Therapy & Mindfulness Method that teaches the art of self-awareness. Sessions are a combination of confidential guided dialogue, and breathing techniques that help you learn your own self-work using a combination of yoga therapy & chakra psychology techniques and empowerment dialogues.
According to the International Association of Yoga Therapists, the definition of Modern Yoga Therapy is:

My husband and I had been dealing with the heartbreaking experience of infertility. That along with a very stressful work environment and the declining health of both of my parents, life had become more than I could take.
After several months of yoga classes, I approached Jennifer at different times about my issues with infertility. She suggested that I try Inner Wisdom® Yoga Therapy. Medical intervention was not working and I was willing to try anything. After my First Inner Wisdom® session I felt inspired.
About half way through my 8 Inner Wisdom® sessions and 2 weekends into practitioner training I found out I was pregnant. Medically it was the most unlikely time for it to have happened. I truly believe that Jennifer was brought into my life for many reasons. I am so happy I paid attention to the messages I was given. Clients experience a mixture of guided relaxation, breathing awareness cues, Inner Wisdom dialogue to coach releasing & empowering, and a bridge-building "homework" to work on between sessions. Clients meet with their therapist about once a month, and work on their findings between sessions. We recommend 7-8 sessions.
What happens in a session is between you & the Universe. We give all paperwork to you with your session notes on it when you leave.

All you really need to do is show up! Dress comfortable. We reccomend you do not schedule yourself for much after a session, so you can relax or introspect as needed.
Every 3-4 weeks, usually we meet once a month for optimal results.
Inner Wisdom® assits with:
Usually after the first one to two sessions. Our first session is a body awarenss scan and an introduction to yourself and the therapy. Your second session is what is considered to be a full session, and most clients get a tremendous amount out of our second meeting. Most clients see great change within themselves in as little as 7-8 sessions.
Sessions are done for the most part lying down in a supported relaxation posture on the back called savasana. We begin with guided relaxation, body scan, and introspective questions. Then we move on to the heart of a session where there is dialouge between you and your practitioner. The purpose of this dialouge is to build awareness, release, and to empower. We repeat this process until you feel it is complete. After, we integrate what happened, and you are given your sessions notes to take home and work on until your next session.
Jennifer has been working with individuals for 15+ years. She created her own signature form of yoga therapy in 2015 and trademarked Inner Wisdom® shortly after. She has helped hundreds of people find their way with this work, and thousands in within her holistic healthcare career.
