Hatha Yoga practices, such as yoga asanas (postures), breathing, and meditation practices are considered an Integrative Health & Wellness practice to improve the quality of our lives. Yoga is proven to reduce stress, increase well-being, improve sleep, improve muscular quality & aid in immune support.
This course is the first in your educational approach to teaching yoga. Training is geared toward women due to content, but you can teach to any gender and applies to students looking to learn to teach a well-rounded approach to yoga, including classes that are moderately paced, gentle, chair modified or flowier in style. The goal is always to leave the student feeling safe, supported & better than when they arrived.

I participated in the 2015 200 hour Hatha Yoga Training and the 2016 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Training.
What was your life like before you took your training(s)?
I participated in my first YTT with Jenn when I was 21 and just graduated college, so needless to say, life was very much all over the place! I was certainly starting to dip my toe into the ocean that is yoga.
What results have you seen in your own life and/or careers since taking Jennifer's training?
Jennifer, and the experts she brought in, really helped me learn how to turn inward, manage my emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies, and taught me so much about yogic philosophy that I didn't know! These aspects certainly informed my life on and off the mat, and while everything is always a work in progress, I definitely found that I began to live with more presence.

Jennifer Langsdale, your host, is a 20 Year Yoga & Wellness Professional, Owner of The Wild Nurturer Wellness Studio & Aromatherapy. She is a Certified Yoga Therapist & Highly Educated Aromatherapist living near Cleveland Oh. She has certified over 100 individuals in Yoga, Yoga Therapy and now Aromatherapy. Jennifer has a Master's of Science focused on Essential Oil Research.
She has hosted yoga trainings at her own studios and around Cleveland since 2009.
From the simple desire to begin a yoga practice back in 2007, a seed was planted – sprouting a love and curiosity of the human body + anatomy.
I now have two teacher training certifications – OM yoga 200 hr (2009) + Om yoga 500hr (2011) and a license in medical massage (LMT) from Harmony Path School (2015). I was the co-instructor of Puma Yoga’s 200 hour teacher training for 3 years (2015-2018) and focused on anatomy, sequencing, and asana alignment.
