FRIDAYS 10-11 AM
We will explore soothing stretches, joint rotations, and invigorating breathing practices to help reduce stress & tension in the body and increase the quality of your life. The purpose of the class is to balance your mind and bring harmony to your being through movement, breath awareness, and relaxation.
THURSDAYS 6-7 PM
Move through many standing postures to increase strength & awareness in the mind & body. The class will introduce the student to a bit of a flowy pace, breathing, balance, and postures in increase mobility. Students can come in with aches & pains, but are asked to be injury free for this class. Class always ends with a final relaxation.
SELECT TUESDAYS 6-7PM
The class meets every other Tuesday. This is a soothing, nourishing class that is done mostly on the floor to stretch large muscle groups, and decrease physical & mental tension. Great for releasing anxiety, stress, & building muscular & joint comfort. Class is quiet, and calming with plenty of time for silence & personal space.
SELECT TUESDAYS 6-7PM
Class meets once a month to work on vinyasa & sun salutation techniques to keep you strong and aid in building a home practice.
Body must be injury free to take this class. Class is structured in more of a workshop style so students can ask questions and get the help they need.
Sundays 2/5, 3/5, 3/26 11:30-12:45PM
For experienced yoga students.
Class is vinyasa in style, and sequenced each time with a different theme & movement mandala (or making a circle of postures) around the mat. The pace of this class is moderate to challenging, and you will leave feeling strong & rejuvinated.
Friday 2/10 6-7:15pm
The hearth is the heart of the home. We will explore our own heart space within ourselves, the hearth of our bodies & minds with a a special slow flow vinyasa class to help honor the seasons & the ambiance of the moon phase. Classes consist of a deep relaxation, guidance prompts given to you with a journal page for you to reflect through class on important personal messages & an oracle card to guide you.
Friday Feb 24th 6:30-8pm
This experience weaves yoga psychology, the chakra system, and aromatherapy together to help you access a place of release, awareness, and relaxation.
Learn more about yourself through chakra journeywork, accompanied by a partnership of aromatherapy which is the use of essential oils for our health & healing.
Sundays 2/26, 3/12, 4/2
Restorative Yoga is the ultimate nurturer, paired with aromatherapy samples throughout class, it makes a happy marriage of breathing, relaxation & stress reduction. Postures are done completed propped, or supported with pillows, blankets, and other tools for the ultmate comfort. This is the non-moving yoga class, the props do all the work while you rest.
Friday March 4th 6-7:30pm
Gentle soothing slow flow yoga & movement practice accompanied with live music, students can expect to move, breathe & relax with the enchanting voice of musician & yoga teacher Rebecca Wohlever & yoga therapist & master aromatherapist Jennifer Langsdale.
Friday 3/31 6-7:15pm
Sip on detox spring tea while we discuss the meaning of spring & dive into movement & manifestation through yoga, cleansing breathwork & meditation.
Each student will recieve a seed statement to work with throughout class, or the beginning of a Sankalpa to help you on the way to manifesting your dreams during this season of quick changes, SPRING!

You can schedule a single class from the class selection, or you can choose to schedule classes by "sessions" which is a sequential block of classes that are discounted. After your first selection, you can set up an account to see your bookings.
No, you can only book multiple of the same kind of classes or appointments, like deep stretch or slow flow, for example. You can use the yoga schedule page to book individual class dates, or buy a block of classes in our discounted seasonal session packages.
You will receive a redemption coupon or code to use to complete your scheduling of classes or appointments. Please note, with a session package you cannot change your schedule, you are committing to a session. We do allow make up classes within the same session during a time slot that has space of equal or lesser value.
