Imbolc is Mid-Winter, and means in the belly, meaning in the belly of the earth, things are re-awakening!
Enjoy a 75-minute cozy Restorative Yoga and deep Stretch Style Yoga class with guided meditation to re-kindle your fire from a long winter.
After enjoy a light snack & hot tea as we move into a fun aromatherapy exploration using pendulums and essential oils to create an in-the-belly blend to curb your winter blues.
Students get to keep their crystal pendulum and oil blends!
Therapuetic Yoga Therapy for Hips & Back

Yoga is known for helping your aches and pains, but it can be confusing what to do, and if it is right for you.
With 20 years of yoga therapy experience, Jennifer will answer your questions about your aches and pains, and show some simple techniques and tools you can do seated in a chair or on the floor.
Class is student-guided and taught to a variety of levels, all are welcome.
The class will include conversation, movement, guided relaxation & breathing, and time for questions of course.
